The name “CHACLE” is a coined word derived from the Sanskrit word “Chakra”—meaning “circle, wheel, or ring of light”—and the English word “Bicycle.”
At the heart of CHACLE is its next-generation airless tire, made from an innovative new material never before used in bicycles. Designed for maintenance-free comfort and reliability, it embodies the wish for riders to enjoy safe, long-lasting use with peace of mind.
Now, our brand “CHACLE” (bicycles equipped with lightweight, puncture-free airless tires) has collaborated with Taiyo Yuden Co., Ltd.’s regenerative assist system “FEREMO™” to launch the next-generation electric assist bicycle “rafoot.”
Electric assist bicycles have already become established as a daily means of transportation for commuting, school, and shopping. However, concerns such as “fear of battery depletion” and “risk of punctures” remain.
“rafoot” was developed to address these issues by fusing cutting-edge technologies from different fields. It is a completely new type of electric assist bicycle—air-free, puncture-free, and designed to offer a worry-free riding experience.
